LYH1008 series vertical mill is a new type of equipment designed by digesting and absorbing foreign technology. It grinds the material (0-15mm) on the rotating plate with pressure roller to achieve the corresponding fineness of 325-2000 mesh. The main technology is embodied in the full contact between grinding roller, grinding plate and material and the classification accuracy of classification system. It is suitable for grinding ultra-fine powder materials in metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, refractory materials, especially non-metallic minerals.

Working principle |
The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer. The material falls into the center of the grinding plate from the feed port, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves to the edge of the grinding plate. When passing through the annular groove on the grinding plate, it is crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed material is carried by the high-speed airflow at the air ring at the edge of the grinding plate, and the large particles fall directly on the grinding plate for regrinding When the materials in the air flow pass through the classifier, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls on the grinding plate for regrinding, and the qualified fine powder goes out of the mill together with the air flow, and is collected in the powder collecting device, which is the product. The material containing moisture is dried in contact with hot gas to reach the required moisture content of the product. In the circulation process, a small amount of excess gas and light impurities in the finished product are collected by the branch vacuum cleaner in the system for low-grade product treatment, thus forming a quite scientific and advanced process. |
